Amelia Stratford was in fine form again at the weekend knocking over 9 seconds from her own 1500m freestyle club record at the Yorkshire Championships in Leeds. She breaks her own record with a time of 19:09.07, a record she only set last month at the Derby Excel meet at Ponds Forge.
