The ideal age to start is 7 or 8 years old and preferably at Swim England Stage 6 or above or equivalent.

Trials with James Guy are held on Sunday mornings by prior arrangement (however, occasionally there will be a trial held for many swimmers at a specific time – watch our Facebook page for notifications).
