Rotherham Metro Swimming Club are looking to recruit an experienced ASA level 2 qualified coach to be part of an enthusiastic coaching team providing all swimmers the opportunity to reach their potential.

You will be employed on a ‘’self employed’’ basis responsible for paying your tax and national insurance contributions. You will be working with a squad of between 18-24 swimmers of mixed ability and age who are working towards Yorkshire and NER level.

Hours will include weekday evening sessions, Saturday and Sunday mornings and weekend gala cover as required.

We are looking for someone who is committed and enthusiatic and can motivate, encourage and communicate well with young people.

You must be a good team player who can work with the current coaching team and committee.

You must have the experience of training swimmers to compete at graded galas, Yorkshires and NER championships.
