18 th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – ROTHERHAM METRO LTD
Sunday 10th March 2024 at 10.15 am.
The meeting will be held at Maltby Leisure Centre.

Any motion for discussion must be received, in writing, by the Secretary no later than Sunday 18th
February 2024
Nominations for the Management Committee must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than
Sunday 18th February 2023. All nominations must have the signature of the PROPOSER,
SECONDER and the NOMINEE, who must all be paid up members of the Club.
Only members having attained their 16th Birthday will be entitled to vote, nominate or second.
Only members aged 18 years and over may be elected to the Management Committee.

Club Shop & Kit Secretary
Education Secretary
Open Gala Secretary
Fund Raising Secretary
Public Relation Officer
Masters Secretary
