48th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – ROTHERHAM METRO SWIMMING CLUB
19th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – ROTHERHAM METRO LTD
Sunday 16th March 2025 at 10.15 am.
The meeting will be held at Maltby Leisure Centre.

Any motion for discussion must be received, in writing, by the Secretary no later than Sunday 23rd
February 2025
Nominations for the Management Committee must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than
Sunday 23rd February 2025. All nominations must have the signature of the PROPOSER,
SECONDER and the NOMINEE, who must all be paid up members of the Club.
Only members having attained their 16th Birthday will be entitled to vote, nominate or second.
Only members aged 18 years and over may be elected to the Management Committee.

Swimming Secretary
Club Shop & Kit Secretary
Education Secretary
Open Gala Secretary
Fund Raising Secretary
Public Relation Officer
Secretary
